Asbestos Abatement Permits

Permit price may vary depending on circumstances of the project. Please call 757-728-2444 for more information.

You may print off the permit application (PDF) and submit it into the Development Services Center Office located on the 3rd floor of City Hall in downtown Hampton.

Who May Obtain the Permit

Only contractors with a state license for asbestos abatement may obtain this permit. For more permit information, please contact the Development Services Center located on the 3rd floor of City Hall in downtown Hampton at (757) 728 -2444.
