The Course

The course has Bentgrass greens and Bermuda rough and fairways. The Hampton River winds its way through the course, bringing water into play on 11 of the holes. The short yardage may be deceiving. This is a shot maker's golf course.

The course offers four sets of tee markers and is friendly to men, women, and children of all ages. The Woodlands is a very affordable, public golf course that is always a favorite with locals. Tee times are strongly recommended and can be made by calling (757) 727-1195, starting at noon three days prior to play date. Come see what makes this gem of a golf course so popular.
