Clean City Commission
The Hampton Clean City Commission works to improve and enhance the physical environment of Hampton through beautification, solid waste management education, coastal awareness activities, and litter abatement programs; educates citizens; and encourages their participation. As an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful Inc., we share the philosophy that each of us has a responsibility for enhancing our community environment.

Clean City Volunteer Recognition
Clean City hosted its 44th Anniversary Volunteer Recognition Celebration on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022.
Clean City Awards honors Hampton residents for their role/involvement in:
- Beautification/urban forestry/gardening efforts
- Environmental education
- Litter & cigarette litter prevention/reduction
- Recycling/waste management
- Water quality/stormwater improvement
- Outstanding support for HCCC activities
