Records Management

Records/Electronic Document Management provides technical leadership, project management, administration and support in the areas of electronic document and records management. Our goal is to assist City staff with managing records and information in the most effective, cost efficient, and legally compliant manner.

The Records/Electronic Document Management Program is a comprehensive program that provides recommendation and guidance in the areas of electronic document management, paper records, mobile devices, media, email and off-site records storage when necessary. In addition, Records Management provides technical assistance, support and training to users of the document management system.
