Statements of Economic Interest

Pursuant to §2.2-3115 of the Code of Virginia, members of every governing body of each county and city and of towns with populations greater than 3,500 shall disclose their financial interests by filing a Statement of Economic Interests as a condition of assuming office and thereafter annually on or before February 1st.

Both an electronic document and an original signed document are retained by the Clerk of Council’s Office for five (5) years. Below are the current filings for the Hampton City Council.
