DMV Select

NOTE: The Hampton DMV Select is no longer accepting appointments

The DMV Select hours are 8:30 a.m to 4 p.m. The office is at 1 Franklin St., Suite 100, in Hampton and can conduct the following transactions:

Titles (original, duplicate, add/remove lien)
Vehicle Registrations & License Plates (original, renewal, replacement, transfer, surrender & personalized)
Permits (trip & overload)
Disabled Parking Placard (original, replacement, renewal)
Driving & Vehicle Transcripts
Address Changes (no driver’s license or ID issued)
Compliance Summaries

The Hampton DMV Select cannot provide driver's licenses, any forms of identification (including REAL IDs), vital records, any type of testing, any online or franchise dealership work, or any mechanic/storage lien titles. The Hampton DMV Select is located in the lobby of the Commissioner of the Revenue and Treasurer’s Office at 1 Franklin St., Suite 100, in downtown Hampton.
