Publicly Held Real Estate

The City of Hampton has created a formal process for submitting unsolicited proposals, which is used to review and respond to proposals regarding the purchase, lease, or development of publicly held real estate property for non-public use. If you wish to submit a proposal, please follow the guidelines (PDF) to ensure you provide all necessary information.

A proposal will be considered if it is determined to be financially feasible, in conformance with city goals and development objectives, and the unsolicited proposal criteria, and the property is not land banked for future use.
