HOW TO BECOME A RED CROSS LIFEGUARD: Swim 300 yards continuously without stopping, using front crawl or breaststroke Tread water for 2 minutes using the legs only Swim 20 yards, retrieve a 10 lb. diving brick from 7 - 10 feet deep. With both hands on the brick, swim back to the starting point, exit the pool without using a ladder, all within 1 minute and 40 seconds.

Must be at least age 15 and up to register

PRE-TEST ($25) Must attend ONE (1) prior to full class
