Taekwondo is an art of self-defense that originated in Korea. This form of martial arts involves punching and kicking techniques. The Basic Taekwondo Class develops physical fitness as well as builds self confidence. The therapeutic Taekwondo Class is taught with accommodations. Students in this class advance at their own pace and learning forms. Both classes are designed for adults to children as young as 5 years old.
