[ARCHIVED] 2015 Veteran Stand Down

The Hampton VA Medical Center Veteran and the Hampton Military Affairs Committee are co-sponsoring “A Stand Down for Homeless and At-Risk Veterans and their Families” on Saturday, November 7th, at the Y. H. Thomas Community Center in Hampton, 1300 Thomas Street in Hampton. With assistance from the VA, local veteran services organizations and other community support and volunteer organizations, the Stand Down will provide on-site medical screening, housing assistance, employment & legal services, access to residential treatment programs, hair cuts, showers, clothing, health and welfare items and a hot lunch.
