yoga at the library

Dec. 30, 2016 - We are excited to announce a free yoga program at Willow Oaks Branch. The first Wednesday of the New Year, we will be hosting a beginner introduction to yoga class at 6:00 p.m. in our meeting room. We will be breaking poses down to the basics for the brand new to yoga practitioner.

This hour-long class focuses on the foundations of yoga and is designed for the new yoga practitioner or those who want to get back to the "basics". The class will focus on the principles of alignment and begin to introduce breath work. Classes will improve balance, strength, flexibility and promote better body awareness.
