[ARCHIVED] Hampton Curb Appeal Program

Hampton Curb Appeal

This program s designed to assist you in making exterior improvements to your home at half the cost. The program provides matching funds up to $5,000 or 50% of the total costs of improvement (whichever is less) to improve the exterior of properties located in target areas of Hampton. These incentives are available to all
single-family and duplex residential property owners (owner-occupied and investor) regardless of income. Grants are available for short-term curb appeal projects that can be completed within 6 months and are consistent with the Curb Appeal Guidelines and Hampton Style Guide.

Applications must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27th, 2017. Applications may be hand-delivered or mailed to the following location:
