city hall

Dec. 6, 2017 - Whether you want to report a pothole, find out about the next trash pickup, or thank a city employee for a job well done, you can reach the Citizen Contact Center by calling  3-1-1 (757-727-8311 from your cell phone). Advocates are on duty from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day (after-hours calls are routed through police).

You can also download our 3-1-1 app to send photos with your concerns or requests. Search for the 311 Hampton VA app in the Apple or Google Play store. And finally, you can use email to: request service, request information, or complete a comments form. Visit http://www.hampton.gov/234/3-1-1-Citizen-Contact-Center for more information.
