Jan. 3, 2017 - Employees are reminded that they can confirm the city's status of operations (regular hours, liberal leave, delayed openings, etc.) by signing up for the Employee Connection newsflash and being notified by email and/or text message. Go to www.hampton.gov/notifyme and choose how you'd like to be notified.

Because of the impending winter storm, City Manager Mary Bunting has already announced that a liberal leave policy will be in effect through Thursday, Jan. 4.

Employees can also confirm the city's status of operations (regular hours, liberal leave, delayed openings, etc.) by checking with their supervisor, calling 311, or checking the city's website at www.hampton.gov.
