[ARCHIVED] Hampton's Information Technology Department now supports employees 24/7

Feb. 8, 2018 - Hampton’s Information Technology Department is now able to support the IT needs of city employees 24 hours a day, seven days a week: 

During normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)

  • Email ithelp@hampton.gov to create a support request
  • Call 727-6486 to speak directly to the technical support team

Outside of normal business hours

  • If you have a critical need for help call 727-6486 to speak to the support team  
  • To ask for non-critical support, email ithelp@hampton.gov  – or call 727-6486 – and arrange to get help during normal business hours

The IT Department provides convenient and secure access to information and services, reliable communication and computer infrastructure for city departments and offices, including computer equipment disposal, information about Outlook 365 (formerly Netmail) and tips on avoiding cyber scams and cyber security.
