April 24, 2018 - Attend Hampton Diversity College and learn more about diversity, unity and inclusion. Sponsored by the Citizens' Unity Commission, Diversity College is a multi-level, interactive program that concentrates on increasing your knowledge about the value of diversity in the workplace and the community.

Classes are held on Thursdays, May 10, 17, 24 and 31, from 1-3 p.m. in the Hampton Main Library.

The first week focuses on "Diversity 101." The second week is "Race, Ethnicity, and Culture - Part one," followed by "Disability Awareness" and then "Generational Diversity." Students will get a chance to talk about why these topics are relevant and learn how they impact our values, attitudes and behaviors.
