May 18 2018 - Help your child have fun and stay active this summer by enrolling them in one of the many summer camps offered by the city's Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services Department.

Kids 11-15 years of age can take part in swimming, art, design and more in the Teen Life Unplugged summer camp. Those ages 6-10 can play, swim and take field trips to Busch Gardens and Ocean Breeze. There is open recreation Monday through Friday from 2-6 p.m. for kids 6-19, and a weeklong, half-day Jr. Rangers Camp is available for boys and girls ages 7-12. Hampton also offers therapeutic recreation summer camps for individuals with special needs who are ages 6-22. Location, costs and hours vary according to the camp.

For more information about the summer camps and other programs, visit www.hampton.gov/camps or call  757-727-8311.
