[ARCHIVED] 21st class to graduate from Hampton's Healthy Start program Aug. 9

July 26, 2018 – Healthy Start will host their 21st annual program completion graduation on Thursday, Aug. 9. Children who have completed the program by age 5 will join their families and staff to celebrate the occasion.

The Healthy Start program aides in the enhancement of parental care giving, developmental stimulation and parent-child interactions by providing role modeling and teaching parent education skills.

Hampton Healthy Families mission is to ensure all children are born healthy, enter kindergarten prepared to succeed, achieve academic success while engaged in the community, and graduate healthy and prepared for a lifetime of success.
