Aug. 6, 2018 - All students starting kindergarten or pre-K classes must have proof of required immunizations, and rising sixth graders need a booster. The Hampton Health District offers all required immunizations for free; appointments are not necessary.

Immunizations are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8-11 a.m. and weekday afternoons from 1-3:30 p.m. Bring a copy of your child's immunization record with you to the clinic at 3130 Victoria Blvd.

Health Department officials say the wait times now are minimal but are likely to grow toward the end of the month.

For those who procrastinate, there will be extended hours:

8-11 a.m Wednesday mornings Aug. 22 and Aug. 29

8 a.m.-5 p.m. full day Thursday, Aug. 30, and Tuesday, Sept.  4

The Health Department will be closed on Sept. 3 for Labor Day,
Rising kindergarteners must receive required vaccinations before entry into school, and the Tdap vaccine is required before entry into the sixth grade.
