[ARCHIVED] Announcing the 2019 Adopt-A-Spot Awards: Extra Mile Winners

Winners of the Extra Mile Award

At the Volunteer Recognition Dinner on October 24, the Hampton Clean City Commission recognized Adopt-A-Spot groups that fulfilled their commitment and more!

Extra Mile Award winners cleaned their adopted spot between 10 and 19 times. Spratley Gifted Center, represented by teachers Deanna McNeil and Michele Ferrel and Ecology Club members (17 cleanups); Zeta Omicron Chapter Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc.'s Arthur Bailey, Jr., Anthony Perkins & Eric Leach (14 cleanups); Jack Rezabek & Corlease Sills (12 cleanups); and Buckroe Improvement League, represented by Katherine Dermanis (10 cleanups) received their awards.

The Fladger Family (12 cleanups), Friends of Matteson Trail (12 cleanups), and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Gamma Omega Chapter (11 cleanups) weren't photographed.
