Dec. 4, 2020 - To celebrate the holidays this year Hampton will light a small portion of the Water Walk trail behind the Hampton Coliseum -highlighting the Coliseum’s 50th Anniversary - and a short “Sea to the Stars” pathway showcasing other parts of the city's history.

As part of the special lighted path, a limited number of Community Trees will be available for Hampton clubs, businesses, churches, and organizations to decorate. The theme is  “50 Years of Holiday Memories in Hampton – Hampton Coliseum 1970-2020.”  Trees must be reserved and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applications are available online beginning at 9 a.m. today, and will be accepted until noon Monday, Dec. 7 (or until all the trees are reserved), so don't wait. Trees will be available to decorate Dec. 10 and 11. Trail lights will be on display Dec. 12-20, from 5-9 p.m. for everyone to enjoy.
