Dec. 14, 2020 — The Kronos system will be unavailable online beginning 8 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, through noon Thursday, Dec. 17, for a system upgrade.
This upgrade will remove the Adobe Flash Player message and will also provide some additional enhancements. Details of the changes will be provided once the upgrade is complete.
During the down time, employees will still be able to punch in and out at the time clocks locations; however the punches will not be visible on the employee’s timecard until Kronos is back online. Employees will not be able to enter time via computer, phone or tablet during this time, so supervisors or payroll clerks will need to enter the missed punches once the system is back online.
The Time Off Request function will also be unavailable during the upgrade, so please plan to submit any requests prior to 8 a.m. Wednesday.
