The Customer Delight Program is designed to identify ordinary acts on the job that please customers and co-workers alike. The goal is to offer rewards — including gifts from a “Choose Hampton” catalog of logo items, food coupons and cash — to employees every month. The recognition will be for:
- Consistent service
- Above-and-beyond service
- Outstanding service
Some award winners may be also receive a special city coin and recognition by the city manager.
