Oct. 10, 2022 — Open enrollment this year is Oct. 10-28. This year the open-enrollment process will again be self-service. You will be able to update your demographics, enroll in benefits, make a benefit coverage change, update your medical or dependent care flexible spending accounts or terminate enrollment. 

Take a moment to review the open enrollment memo from the city manager and the 2023 Employee Benefits Guide for a glance of benefit summaries, VRS Plan details, EAP and more. Check out the Benefits Portal Quick Reference Guide with instructions on how to log in to the self-service portal. Log in to the self-service portal at https://trustmark.benselect.com/cityofhampton.

Employees are only required to log in to the self-service portal if you are updating demographics, enrolling in benefits, making benefit coverage changes, updating your medical and dependent care Flexible Spending accounts or terminating enrollments. It is mandatory that you log in to the self-service portal to enroll in or update your 2023 election amounts for medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts. If you do not make any changes to your current benefit elections, with the exception of the flexible spending accounts, your 2022 elections will roll over to the 2023 calendar year.
