[ARCHIVED] Hampton Sheriff's Office holding hiring fair on Saturday morning, May 20

May 15, 2023 — The Hampton Sheriff's Office will host a recruitment and hiring career fair on Saturday with interviews on-site at the Circuit Court Building, 237 N. King St.

Applicants should not bring cell phones, weapons or children, but they should bring driver's licenses, Social Security cards, proof of high school graduation or GED, and DMV driving records. Full- and part-time positions are available, including deputy, transportation officer, nurse and dental assistant.

Anyone applying for deputy positions should dress comfortably for an agility test; others should dress in business attire. Registration is from 8-9 a.m.
