[ARCHIVED] The Therapeutic Recreation Center is hosting a Halloween dance for individuals with disabilities

TR Halloween Dance

October 18, 2023 — The Therapeutic Recreation Center will be hosting its annual Halloween Dance on October 21 from 6 - 8:30 PM. The Therapeutic Recreation Center, located at 4315 Kecoughtan Road, will provide a night of dancing, socializing, delicious food, and electrifying music with the decor that creates a Halloween-themed ambiance.

The Halloween Dance is an event for individuals aged 13 and above with disabilities. The primary objective is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and enjoying themselves.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet new people and step to the rhythm of the beat while listening to a music line-up that is sure to lure all guests onto the dance floor. 

Registration is required. To register, visit hampton.gov/register. The cost of individual tickets is $5, and couples can avail themselves of a ticket for $7. The center's goal is to keep the tickets affordable so that everyone who wants to attend can.
