[ARCHIVED] Compensation study questionnaire offline until at least Monday

Sept. 4, 2014 - Over the past few days, we have received numerous phone calls and emails from employees regarding delays or access issues when attempting to complete the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ) for the Compensation and Classification Study. I’ve been in contact with Management Advisory Group (MAG) since Friday and they are working diligently to resolve the issues.

The JAQ website will be offline until at least Monday to allow MAG to address these issues and perform server upgrades that will allow you to complete the JAQ without unusual delays. Any information that you have entered and saved will be available to you when the website comes back online next week.

Employees will now have until September 19th to finish the JAQ and supervisors will have until September 26th to review their employees’ information.

I will send an email once the JAQ website is back online. Please make sure this information is shared with employees who don’t have access to email.

Thank you for your patience with this process and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
