H2O Aerobics

Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in water such as in a swimming pool. It is done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water. Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that requires water-immersed participants.

Pickleball

Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport in which two players, or four players, hit a perforated hollow plastic ball over a 36-inch-high net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either side of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction.

Special Olympics Pickleball

Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in individual and team play. This also opens up the door for possible competition at the local, regional, and state games.
